What Is Atlas Coffee Club?

Atlas Coffee Club is a subscription service that provides coffee from unique countries every single month. They take pride in crafting only the finest and most fresh batches of coffee in order to give users the most authentic coffee-drinking experience, no matter the region.

Atlas Coffee Club was founded in 2015 in Austin, Texas by co-founders Michael Shewmake and Jon Miller. They created Atlas Coffee Club with the goal of bringing together people from all over the world who are just as passionate about coffee as they are.

A World of Coffee To Explore

Atlas Coffee Club has ventured into many different countries and coffee epicenters. Some of their most prominent were: Costa Rica, Ethiopia, India, and Colombia, which of course has spanned over four major areas of our globe, Central and South America, Africa, and Asia.

These are just a few examples of where their journey has taken them and Atlas fans. With countless other areas yet to explore, Atlas can provide you with all new flavors that you wouldn’t get anywhere else.

Curated for You

When it comes to an Atlas Coffee Club Subscription, you’re in control. The company offers a variety of choices for you to fully customize your shipment in order to personalize the coffee for your needs.

Within each box, you’ll receive:

  • Your freshly picked and packaged coffee from that month’s country
  • A postcard from that region
  • Tasting notes and the history of that batch of coffee
  • The club’s  “Coffee Match Guarantee,” which means if you don’t love your coffee this month, the next one is free.

Five Steps to the Perfect Blend

You’ve got a few decisions to make as a member of Atlas Coffee Club. But you won’t mind as they’ll lead you to the best cups to savor.

  1. The first choice you will make in customizing your gift box is the style of coffee you receive. They offer three selections: ground, whole bean, or pods.
  2. Your next choice would be your grind type, in which they offer six unique styles: drip machine, french press, pour-over, espresso, aeropress, or cold brew. No worries if you are unsure, they will still send over their standard grind which is compatible with most standard coffee makers.
  3. The third step is to choose your roast preference which can be light to medium, medium to dark, or a mix of all coffee roasts.
  4. Step four is choosing the number of bags you wish to receive which can be a half bag, full bag, two bags, three bags, all the way up to four bags (one bag = 12oz. Or 15 cups).
  5. Lastly, you’ll decide on the frequency. These shipments can come once or twice a month.

Atlas Coffee Club provides this wide array of choices to ensure customer satisfaction and a unique experience for each member!

Do You Prefer Tea?

The last type of subscription available is their tea subscription. Don’t be fooled by this coffee club, their tea offerings do not fall short in customization and variety, as there are many ways to curate your own monthly shipment.

Some of their tea explorations have featured Nepal, Kenya, India, and Guatemala. Their tea boxes include two, loose tea leaves which can make about 30 or more cups of tea in total, easy-to-use tea filters, tasting notes and tips to enhance each cup, and of course, a postcard from the selected country.

Pure Teas and Blends

When customizing your box, you can choose from a variety of blends, pure teas being black, white, green, and oolong, or blended teas which are flavored and herbal blends.

From these flavor profiles, you can select a mixture or specific types of tea if you prefer just black tea, or green tea, etc. With each combination you create, you will receive two tea leaves every four weeks for just $14 a shipment.

Gift Subscriptions

Another possibility is an Atlas Coffee Club gift subscription. Whether you’re a member or not, you can send someone special in your life a subscription to the club.

Of course, Atlas offers a wide variety of gift packages from the coffee type, the duration of the subscription ranging from 3 months, 6 months, to a year, and the number of bags per shipment which can be a half, single, or two.

Each gift shipment will include the coffee of the month, a postcard from the respective country, tasting notes and the history, and free shipping throughout the United States! On top of your free shipping, there is an active limited-time offer where an additional $10 is removed from your total upon checkout!
