If you’re purchasing clothing, please make sure you carefully review the sizing guidelines, as there’s a strict no-return policy on print-on-demand items. If you find an item defective, please contact Spillin’ the Beans so we can arrange for an exchange or refund.
We do our due diligence to secure the most reputable providers with quality merchandise, low shipping, and fast turnaround times.
As some of our products are custom printed per order, we have a strict no-return, no-exchange, no-refund policy except for damaged or defective goods. This includes consumables, like coffee and coffee mixes. If you receive the wrong item, please let us know, but consumables aren’t refundable.
For other merchandise (not custom-printed), there’s a 10-day return window. Return shipping is not included unless there’s a manufacturer’s defect or you’ve received the wrong item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will contact the supplier to make it right with an exchange or refund.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Merchandise
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know the refund status. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but you should receive it within 7-10 days of your return receipt.
Don’t hesitate to contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received payment.
