Frosty Mint Chocolate Wonderland
Materials
- 1 cup strong Mint coffee
- 2 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract

Instructions
- Brew one cup of Mint coffee as strong as possible (espresso grind is best)
- In a small saucepan, combine the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat stirring constantly until creamy and melted.
- Add the 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract into the chocolate** and mix well
- Combine the coffee and chocolate mixture in a large festive mug
- Top with a generous amount of whipped cream
