30 Days of Christmas Coffee Recipes
Whiskey Barrel Coffee – Aged to Perfection
Our star ingredient, the Whiskey Barrel Aged Coffee, spends 30 days resting in the embrace of bourbon-soaked oak barrels. This aging process infuses the coffee beans with the nuanced flavors of the bourbon, creating a brew that’s bold and carries subtle hints of vanilla, caramel, and oak. It’s the perfect canvas for a festive coffee creation.
Vanilla Syrup
You can certainly head out to the store and buy a bottle of vanilla syrup. After all, it looks good on a coffee bar. However, the vanilla syrup is so easy to make and you can adjust the quantity as needed. So, go ahead and make a big batch and refrigerate it for weeks. You can always put it in a beautiful bottle.
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
½ Tbsp vanilla extract or a vanilla bean
Combine the water and sugar in a small saucepan, and bring it to a small simmer. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes to thicken slightly. Then, add the vanilla extract or scrape a vanilla bean into the mixture, combine, and cool.
