Festive Blonde Bliss
A light Christmas coffee using blonde roast and spices including cinnamon and nutmeg, with a touch of vanilla and maple syrup

Blonde Roast coffee grounds

ground cinnamon

vanilla extract

maple syrup

frothed milk (dairy or nut)
Instructions
Add the cinnamon and nutmeg to the coffee grounds before brewing
Brew the blonde roast coffee and spices with 1 cup of water using your favorite method (French press, pour-over, drip...)
Pour the hot coffee into a large mug leaving 1/3 space at the top for the frothed milk
Add the maple syrup and vanilla to the brewed coffee, and stir well
Heat your preferred milk in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds just until steaming (you can also use a small saucepan on the stove)
Froth the milk until creamy using a handheld (or other frother) - if you don't have one, you can use a whisk but it'll take a bit longer
Using a spoon, add the liquid to the coffee first and then spoon the foam on top to finish off your creation!
