A creamy Christmas coffee drink made with a mint coffee base and taken to the next level with dark chocolate chips, candy canes, and sweetened condensed milk

Materials
1cupstrong Mint coffee
2Tbspdark chocolate chips
2Tbspsweetened condensed milk
1/4tsppure peppermint extract
whipped cream
optional toppings like chocolate, crushed candy canes, mint leaves
Instructions
Brew one cup of Mint coffee as strong as possible (espresso grind is best)
In a small saucepan, combine the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat stirring constantly until creamy and melted.
Add the 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract into the chocolate** and mix well
Combine the coffee and chocolate mixture in a large festive mug
Top with a generous amount of whipped cream
Garnish with as many fun toppings as you like - use a candy cane as a stirrer for an extra minty touch!
Notes
